Returns

 

We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order.


To be eligible for a return:

 

  • Items must be unused

  • In the original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

Return instructions (including return address, if required) will be provided after contacting customer support.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

 


If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

 

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

 

We will offer either:

 

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

 

No return is required for damaged or faulty items unless stated otherwise.

 

Change of Mind

 

If you change your mind:

 

  • You are responsible for return postage costs

  • The item must be returned unused and in original condition

 


Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

 

  • Used items

  • Personal care or beauty products once opened

 

 

Refunds

 

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after approval

  • Funds may take 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your payment provider

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
